ICED MOCHAIngredients:1 cup of fresh brewed Blue Smoke coffee, 2 tablespoons of our Dagoba Chocolate Drink Mix (available in our Other Goods section), and ice-cubes. Preparation:While the brewed coffee is still warm, stir in the drinking chocolate, add milk or soy milk if desired, add ice, stir and enjoy! Tip:To keep you're iced coffee drinks from becoming diluted, try making iced-coffee cubes -- it's an easy and great way to use up left over coffee. Just fill an ice tray with brewed coffee and freeze. |

ICED COFFEE ~ COLD BREWEDDirection:Take freshly ground coffee and pour cool or cold water over the ground coffee and let it sit in your fridge over night, then pour the coffee through a strainer to separate the liquid from the grounds. Keep the cold brewed coffee in your fridge for up to a week and use as needed. Pour in cup or glass, add milk, cream or soy milk if desired, and add ice-cubes (See above tip on how to make ice cubes from coffee so your iced coffee doesn't get diluted by regular iced cubes). |
